Description
The Recon 110 Zonal BOA is for solid intermediate and advancing skiers with average-width feet who want a glove-like fit for all-day all-mountain skiing. The 110 flex gives reliable support without punishing you, and K2's mid-volume MultiFit last, made for boots in the 97 to 100 mm range, wraps an average foot securely.
Zonal BOA puts a dial on both the shell and the cuff, so you can set the foot and the shin separately, and the single-cable cuff design self-equalizes for steady shin pressure. The TPU shell gives a smooth, progressive flex across a wide range of temperatures, the PP cuff keeps weight down, and both are fully heat-moldable in the shop. The P3 liner is tuned for comfort with a warm, cushioned feel and pre-shaped heel zones, the Fastfit Instep eases entry, a 40 mm Velcro strap snugs the cuff, and the forward lean can be adjusted with a screwdriver.
GripWalk soles (ISO 23223) make walking easier and work with GripWalk-compatible bindings. It's a boot for long days of chasing your friends from the groomers to the soft snow on the sides.
Best for intermediate to advanced skiers with medium-volume feet who want a dual-zone BOA fit for all-mountain skiing.
