- Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you prefer, you can bring your item to any of our store locations and return it there free of charge.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Exclusions: Final sale items, custom orders, and used merchandise cannot be returned.

- Select the order that you would like to return
- Click "Request Return"
- Print your return label and ship your package back to us, or bring the item directly to one of our stores
- Once received, we'll process your return promptly.
