The Turtle Fur Kids Fleece Shellaclava that I ordered for my daughter arrived promptly and was exactly what we expected. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a very nice handwritten note a week later, thanking us for our purchase with Alpin Haus. That personal touch really stood out. We will definitely be ordering from them again for other ski gear needs.
