2027 Stockli Stormrider 95 Skis

Regular price $1,599.00

This pair of skis is perfect for strong skiers who want one smooth, powerful ski for carving firm groomers in the morning and chasing soft snow through the trees in the afternoon.

Description

A storm cycle rolls through, the trail map opens up, and the groomers are still firm by the lifts. The Stormrider 95 is built for exactly those days, a directional all-mountain ski that carves with real authority on hardpack and still feels at home when you duck into soft snow, trees, or leftover chop with your crew.

Sitting between the piste-focused Stormrider 88 and the softer-snow Stormrider 102, the 95 is the middle ground of the line. A poplar, beech, and paulownia core wrapped in Titanal Technology Pro gives it the composed, quiet ride Stöckli is known for, while a Powder Rocker tip and Freeride Tail keep it maneuverable once you leave the corduroy. Stöckli also mixes rubber dust into the laminate adhesive and adds a soft rubber tip insert, which takes the edge off chatter at speed.

Two layers of Titanal for a damp, planted feel on firm snow

Powder Rocker and Freeride Tail for float and easier pivots in soft snow and tight terrain

Rubber-damped laminates and tip insert for a noticeably quiet ride in variable conditions

Best for advanced to expert skiers, and strong intermediates moving up, who want one directional ski to carve groomers and explore soft snow and off-trail terrain, and who don't need a playful twin for park laps or buttering.

General Specs

Core: Light Wood Core - poplar, beech, and paulownia for a balance of low weight, pop, and stability.

Construction: Full Polywall sidewall for impact resistance and smooth, damp power transfer.

Reinforcements: Titanal Technology Pro (two Titanal layers) with a Thin Glass Laminate, plus Freeride tip and tail inserts.

Rocker Profile: Rocker / Camber / Rocker - Powder Rocker tip for float and easy turn entry, camber underfoot for edge grip, and a Freeride Tail that releases cleanly.

Base: Racing Graphite sintered base for fast glide and good wax retention.

Waist Width: 95 mm (132 / 95 / 120 mm)

Turning Radius: 18.5 m (182 cm)

Available Lengths: 170, 176, 182, 188 cm

Key Features

Titanal Technology Pro: Two Titanal layers give the ski its locked-in edge hold and damp feel on firm snow, and the treated topsheet resists scratches while trimming weight.

Powder Rocker: Roughly 320 mm of tip rocker with 50 mm of splay helps the shovel rise in soft snow and makes turns easy to start in chop and crud.

Freeride Tail: Extra tail rocker, a lighter tail protector, and a slightly softer flex let the ski release smoothly in bumps, trees, and tight lines without feeling hooky.

Rubber Damping System: Rubber dust in the laminate adhesive and a soft rubber tip insert soak up vibration, so the ski stays quiet when snow gets rough or speeds climb.

95 mm Waist + 18.5 m Radius (182 cm): Wide enough for real soft-snow capability, with a mid-length radius that handles tight GS turns on piste or opens up into longer arcs when you let it run.

Solid Metal Edge Light: Full-thickness edges with thinner insertion tabs save weight without giving up grip or durability.
