I bought this bag for my Grandson. The top is too small to fit the helmet through it, you have to force it through. It’s not great quality, I expected more for the price.

Hi - thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the Transpack XTR bag didn’t meet your expectations, especially when it was purchased as a gift for your grandson.

Helmet fit can vary depending on helmet size and model, and we certainly understand how frustrating it can be if the opening feels tight. We’d be happy to help you explore an exchange or alternative bag that may better suit your needs.
